To registered as a driver for transporting the StreetLight tractor and trailer, or the Worth Auto Tow Truck, please complete this form and note the following policy:
a. driving the a Youth Unlimited vechicle, shall be done in a safe manner, obeying all traffic laws, including the use of seatbelts.
b. Youth Unlimited has comprehensive insurance in case of an accident, however, any traffic violations incurred (such as, but not inclusive to, speeding tickets, illegal turns or driving in an unsafe manner), are the sole responsibility of the driver and will not be paid by Youth Unlimited.
c. drivers must obey any traffic laws and remember that as a driver, they are representing our organization.
