Let's Do This!

So glad you’re diving in

Youth Unlimted is a Christian, faith-based outreach and if you’ve been searching for a way to serve by helping youth in need, and have a desire to serve in your community, this is your chance.

Time to let your inner chef, mechanic, or athlete make a big impact! Whether you prefer to contribute behind the scenes or you shine through building relationships and engaging with youth directly, you can be a part of this mission. Hey, we can even give you a microphone!

Whatever your gifts and passions are, we’ve got a volunteer position for you! At Youth Unlimited, we believe that you will also have the opportunity to be transformed as you join us in transforming the lives of youth in our community.

HOPE FOR YOUNG FAMILIES

Keramiko is committed to providing hope, encouragement, and support for pregnant and parenting youth in Calgary.

Our goal is to provide mentorship, to help bridge some gaps in programming already offered in Calgary, and to offer hope and guidance in the lives of young families.

We are looking for mentors to come along side young parents and their children, or young expectant moms as they go through their pregnancy. Our goal is to help support, encourage and do this piece of life together. We aim to connect one on one with young parents and to also provide fun, interactive group gatherings as well as tangible training. We are here to help parents journey through motherhood, and young pregnant women, best care for themselves and their unborn child.

StreetLight Mobile Drop-In Centre.

A COMMUNITY WHERE HOPE BURNS BRIGHTER

StreetLight is a mobile drop-in centre that goes out into the community.

If connecting with Calgary's homeless youth is something that has been your heart's desire, then StreetLight might be the place for you! Our heart is to be much more than a soup kitchen. We are looking for individuals who are willing to be intentional about coming alongside youth in tangible ways and journeying with them as solid life mentors.

StreetLight’s fifth-wheel trailer is essential for reaching street youth, so we are also always in need of volunteer drivers who have their air brake endorsement and experience driving a big rig. Drivers are invited but are not required to be present for the duration of the evening.

Youth Guidance.

GUIDING YOUTH TO REACH THEIR LEADERSHIP POTENTIAL

Youth Guidance is all about helping young people to develop their leadership potential, through mentorship and relational support.

Through sports programs, camps, and community involvement, staff and volunteers help youth to build healthy friendships, grow in leadership, engage in fun and constructive activities, develop their personal values, and form a positive sense of identity. Youth Guidance is looking for volunteers who are excited about participating in team-building activities, engaging youth in meaningful discussions, and building mentorship relationships based on trust and personal guidance. In addition, Youth Guidance offers weekly community soccer programs and an annual hockey camp, which would be a great fit for volunteers who are passionate about mentoring youth through sport.

Campus Life.

EMPOWERING YOUNG PEOPLE

Campus Life doesn’t run a specific program so much as it goes to where teenagers already are and invests in a regular and intentional way.

Whether that is through coaching school and community sports teams or volunteering through music, or whatever else the need may be, Campus LIfe uses this as an opportunity to connect with young people.

Project Serve Calgary provides young people the opportunity to serve God through serving others.

Register as a church or youth group and join us this summer as we serve in Calgary! We will be partnering with existing organizations to reach those in need. As we serve in our home city our hope is that eyes and hearts would be open to the work God is doing here and that passion to serve year-round would be ignited. We are so excited you are joining us for this adventure!
